Last Saturday was @SeafairFestival and it was such a BIG day for me because I was leading the whole youth ensemble which is about 100 people marching together with the #Buddhist organization I belong to called @sgiusa. I created the choreographies for the first time in my life and I’ve been working extremely hard in teaching, meetings, traveling, coordinating, organizing, etc since March. I’d been practicing both Saturdays and Sundays ALL DAY for the last few months!!!! Yes, it had been insanely hectic days with less personal time, there were actually a lot of stress and commitment that made me very frustrated, and I even cried…
But, the performance was absolutely successful and I’m more than happy my flag team was strongly and proudly marching entire 2.5 miles with great shiny smiles!!!! We were caught on TV and looked super amazing!! I really appreciate the opportunity to be the leader, although it was very tough and needed a ton of courage and strength, because it taught me countlessly and definitely have helped me grow up so much. This #Seafair experience is my life changer and my priceless assets! I’m so proud of each performer as well as myself!!!! Now I can’t wait to get back to my blogger life😉❤️✨ #summermemories #seafair 2014 #seattlelife #seattle #smile #happy #performance
